Supporting programme in Hamburg
Event 15 January 2019
The supporting Programme in Hamburg started with an evening boat trip organized by the HEP-Hanseatisch Event Partner on 15 January 2019 for the company Frohn. On the boat trip there were drinks and buffet and an additional harbour guide who told something about the sights of Hamburg.
At 18:30 the client met the investor and went on board. A brief greeting followed. The atmosphere was cheerful despite the bad weather and after one hour the buffet was opened. Furthermore, at the request of the guests the last hour of the trip was played music, which brought the mood for the evening to a climax.
It was a nice evening barge trip in the sea of lights of the harbour, it rained continuously but the mood was not clouded by it.
Supporting programme 16 January 2019
At 10 o’clock we met the guests punctually in front of the prototype museum, where we were expected by a museum guide. After an hour-long informative and entertaining guided tour, our guests were allowed to explore the museum on their own. Afterwards we made our way for lunch to the Wasserschloss Restaurant at the Dienerreihe. The Wasserschloss Restaurant is an old tea branch in the heart of the Speicherstadt with a lot of charm.
Strengthened we went on to the meeting point with the city guide. She guided the guests through the Hafencity and Speicherstadt. We started at Überseequartier and from there we went to the Elbphilharmonie to go to the Plaza. Afterwards we went back to the Speicherstadt. Because here the guests had a great view of canals and lights of the Speicherstadt. The end of the Hafencity and Speicherstadt tour was at the coffee roastery. Here the guests were given a guided tour of the in-house coffee museum in the cellar. Afterwards you could try different types of coffee on site. After the tasting we went with taxis to the Davidwache, where our Kiez-guide stood ready.
At 18:30 we start with the guided tour over the most sinful mile of Germany, over the Herbertstraße to the Hans Albert Platz, from there to the Beatles Platz and through the Große Freiheit. Afterwards over the Spielbudenplatz, past the Dancing Towers to the Old Commercial Room where our guide said goodbye. Here was a reserved table for our guests.
A varied and informative supporting programme in Hamburg is drawing to a close. The HEP team had fun and thanks the company Frohn.
