International employee conference of Funk in the Hotel Atlantic

At the end of June, the annual employee conference of the Funk Insurance Group took place in the Hotel Atlantic, the White Castle on the Alster. For this employee conference 150 employees from all over the world came to Hamburg.

Of course, a lot of organization and planning had to be done in advance. But true to our motto “Together for success” we, the Hanseatic Event Partner, have seen this only as an incentive to give our best as Always. So that we could guarantee the satisfaction of our customer.

On the first day of the conference, the team met at 9:30 a. m. to start the construction. Together with the service staff of the hotel, the bar tables for reception and coffee breaks were set up. We decorated everything and in the Great Hall of the Atlantic, the technicians prepared the stage, screen, beamer and sound.

At 12 o’clock our two charming girls Corinna and Kathi were ready to give information to the arriving guests. Also they provide everyone with their seminar documents and their nametags.
With tasty finger food, coffee and cake as well as refreshing cold drinks, the employess could strengthen themselves between their conferences.

In the evening was the highlight, the dinner on the museum ship “Rickmer Rickmers” in the middle of Hamburg harbour! Every detail from the decoration to the food was perfect and even the weather played along. At warm temperatures we celebrated until deep into the evening on board.

The next morning part 2 of the conference followed in the hotel. After a group photo this successful event ended with a delicious lunch. We look forward to working with Funk in the coming year – and of course we are looking forward to working with you. Challange us!
