Shuttle service for Zimmer Institution

Last week the Hanseatic Event Partner carried out all airport and railway station shuttles for the congress of the company Zimmer Institute in Hamburg. Already in its seventh year, the staff of HEP supported the Zimmer Institute in the planning and implementation of its shuttle service.

With a total of 5 vans and a bus, the international participants were taken to their hotel on Monday morning. There some lectures and events took place in the context of the congress The Challange of Hip Revision Arthroplasty. On Thursday evening, after some lectures and presentations, 3 large buses brought the participants to their restaurant. Then punctually back to the hotel. The departures to the airport and train station began on Friday as early as 05:30 a. m. . The vans and buses of the HEP GmbH were already ready and brought the participants punctually to their destination.

Also the last guests started their way home on Saturday. Afterwards the Hanseatic Event Partner could look back on a successful event. A structured coordination at the airport as well as in the hotel, the good communication between the drivers, organizers and guests and the good mood of all participants ensured a smooth course of events.
