The vision of Thomas Pylla led to the establishment of HEP - Hanseatische Event Partner GmbH as an event agency Hamburg in 2007. As managing director he pulls the strings. His many years of experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy and event management distinguish him. Due to its numerous contacts HEP has a very large network of partners, hotels, locations and restaurants, which enables us to organize an event tailored to the wishes of our customers.
Wolfgang Fehlinger studied Business Administration. He is HEP's account manager.
Mike Grohnwald is our main technician at HEP. He has worked for HEP since 2010. His specialities are technical equipment for the conference sector in Hamburg. Mr. Grohnwald is a trained event technician and is in charge of the entire technology at our events - from light to music and decoration. All this is part of his remit.
